You can, but to be on a Care Plan you must move to my hosting provider. You also get what you pay for. Discount hosts like GoDaddy and Bluehost typically have poor support, are slower, have more downtime, and are less secure.

No, to be on a Care Plan, you need to host your website with me. I can’t (and don’t want to) figure out every hosting platform in the known universe. Keeping my clients on one hosting platform streamlines my processes and allows me to offer more value in other ways.

No, support hours do not roll over each month. However, I do find that it tends to even out over time.

I do not, but I highly recommend using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for business email and can help you get set up. It’s only $6/month per user.

Absolutely not! Contracts are month to month, and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you pay annually and want to cancel, I’ll give you a prorated refund for the remaining months.

No problem, we can simply move your site to your own hosting plan on Flywheel ($15/mo) and you can do whatever you want with it from there. Your plan will be canceled at the end of the month, or if paying annually, you’ll get a prorated refund for the remaining months.
